Champions Hockey U18 Advanced Development Program is geared towards results. This Summer Program will be one of the most effective and efficient skills programs for Elite hockey players born in 2010, 2009 & 2008.
 
Champions Hockey 8 session summer program will challenge and push players out of their comfort zone to reach maximum potential. 

This program is by invite only with a maximum of 24 players  and is designed for the dedicated player who wants to compete alongside elite players striving for athletic and personal self-improvement.
 
Our type of instruction will dramatically and noticeable improve players’ skills as well as confidence for each participant. Drills are designed from game-like situations in patterns that are followed by puck skills, shooting and incorporating the power skating skills covered earlier in the session. We will focus on advanced skill development allowing players to be challenged and achieve their goal of becoming a better hockey player.

On-ice sessions will consist of 8 ice times improving Hockey skills and makes for the ideal summer development program promised to deliver results.

Champions Hockey prides itself on only hiring the top instructors throughout the province for all on-ice training. We have a reputation for our “Attention to Correction” instruction resulting in maximum player development.

Program Highlights:

ON-ICE FOCUS:

Power Skating - stride, balance, acceleration, agility, over speed training, in-corner play 
Puck Handling - hand positioning, puck control in different situations, body positioning for puck possession 
Shooting and Scoring - wrist, snap, slap, one-timers, quick release, backhand, deflections, shooting in stride, various game situation goals
Game Strategy - Hockey IQ, skill development in critical areas, body positioning in all zones (defense, offense, neutral)
