The Defense Development Series provides focused positional training for defensemen looking to strengthen their defensive game and impact play in all three zones. Athletes work on edgework, defensive zone breakouts, angling, gap control, puck battles, offensive zone strategies, shooting techniques, and puck management. Instruction is designed to improve confidence, awareness, and execution in competitive situations.
