Champions Hockey is excited to be offering a fantastic Defense development series.  This program offers on ice defenseman specific instruction.  The focus is on improving various aspects of the defensive game which will help defense players have the edge on the ice.

Sessions will focus on Edgework. D zone breakouts, Angling, Gap Control,  Puck Battles, Offensive Zone Strategies, Shooting Techniques and Puck Skills.
