Our Story

Champions Hockey began in the summer of 2007 when two hockey dads decided to secure extra ice time for their sons during the off season. What started as one small group of fifteen quickly grew, expanding to two groups of twenty five the following year and three groups by 2009. The growth proved that families in the region were looking for high quality development opportunities, and a simple idea evolved into a full-scale program. In 2009, the name Champions Hockey was officially adopted, reflecting the standard, mindset, and attitude we believe in: doing things the right way and striving to be your best every day.

What We Offer

Today, Champions Hockey provides year round development opportunities for players from U7 through U18, with multiple pathways designed to support every stage of development. Our programs include summer development blocks, prep camps, winter training, the Advanced Performance Academy, and spring hockey teams and tournaments. We also support junior, university, and professional players in partnership with leading performance and training groups in Atlantic Canada.

At Champions, development means more than ice time. We focus on skills, habits, confidence, and character, teaching players how to think the game and perform in meaningful situations.
