FREDERICTON
(Registration link below)

PROGRAM INFORMATION

Champions Hockey is all about Development! This new concept is designed to help develop young player’s overall hockey skills while promoting champions habits. The 2019-2020 Novice AAA Series will feature separate divisions for advanced 2011 and 2012 born players.

FREDERICTON TEAM regions include - Florenceville-Bristol, McAdam, Doaktown to Coles Island.

Scheduling will be geared to avoid any conflicts with the Minor Hockey Associations schedules to provide maximum training time for our players.  These additional ice times will help players enhance their hockey skills in addition to their winter team practices.

At Champions Hockey, we believe in positively challenging and motivating players in order to develop their skills and confidence in the areas of: individual skills, skating, game play and sportsmanship. Our experienced first-class staff embraces our Champions Hockey Philosophy – A model of Development and Fun.

The ultimate goal of our program provides the proper structure and an environment to challenge our advanced players in order to prepare them for competitive Atom hockey and beyond.  It is important to note the Novice AAA Winter League is offered in minor hockey associations in all other Canadian provinces.

Format:

The Novice AAA Winter Series will include the proper balance of high level on-ice training as well as competitive full ice games.

NOTE: Individual teams will have the opportunity to secure additional ice times to provide more in depth training for team play as well as the scheduling of additional games.  The schedule will be determined once all minor hockey schedules are released.

Training Sessions:

The on-ice sessions will be lead by Champions Hockey Senior Instructors and coaches. Our complement of staff is recognized as one of the most experienced and qualified instructors in Atlantic Canada.  Coaches from the individual teams, including a goalie instructor, will make up the rest of the coaching team.  Each session will include 2 teams on the ice working in small groups with qualified instructors.  The sessions will include specialized training for defensemen, forwards, and goalies.  Small area games, including battle stations, will also be featured.

Program includes:

Minimum of 20 hours of ice (Full Ice Games & Practices) includes Game jersey & socks

*Please Note:  Registration for the Novice AAA Winter  Program is reserved for players that received invitation to join specific teams based on identification camps or recruitment process and have  confirmed their participation in the program with designated Champions Hockey coaching staff.
