Champions Lifestyle Hockey Camp is all about development.  This unique hockey camp is designed to help you developed your overall hockey skills while promoting  a Champions Lifestyle. Whether you're a goalie, defensemen, forward, male or female, not only will you get expert on-ice instruction tailored to your position, but you will also get classroom time for life lessons on how to be a great teammate, encouraging good sportsmanship, respect, self discipline, and confidence building activities. Players will be pushed and will receive lots of training in preparing for challenges, both on and off the ice.

 

Champions Lifestyle Hockey Camp has a low student to instructor ratio. That means personal instruction and attention in the areas of: individual skills, power skating, dry land training, mental development, personal growth, games and skills competition. Our experienced first-class staff embraces our Champions Hockey Philosophy – A model of Development, Confidence Building and Fun. Be prepared to have the best week of your summer!

 

On-Ice:

​

• Two ice sessions daily

• Focus on power skating, stickhandling, puck control, passing, shooting, board play, offensive and defensive concepts and more
   

Off-Ice:

​

• Conditioning –  age appropriate strength training, speed and agility exercises, circuit training

• Field activities - Soccer, baseball, and other fun games and team building activities

• Coaches chalk talks – Guest speakers touching on proper equipment, nutrition, fitness, team play, and drug awareness

 

Special Features of the Program:

• Evaluation: Each player will be tested and given a written evaluation

• Mid-week Skills Competition
