Champions Hockey Champions Lifestyle Hockey Camp is built around one core focus: development.

This camp is designed to elevate every athlete’s overall hockey ability while reinforcing what we call the Champions Lifestyle. Whether you are a goalie, defenceman, or forward, male or female, you will receive high level, position specific instruction on the ice, along with valuable classroom sessions that focus on leadership, teamwork, sportsmanship, respect, self discipline, and confidence.

Players will be challenged in a positive, high energy environment that prepares them to handle adversity, compete with purpose, and grow both on and off the ice.

With a low athlete to instructor ratio, every player receives meaningful personal attention in areas such as:

• Individual skill development

• Power skating

• Dryland training

• Mental performance

• Personal growth sessions

• Competitive games and skill challenges

Our experienced staff embraces the Champions Hockey philosophy: development, confidence building, and fun. This is more than a camp. It is a week that will push your game forward and create lasting memories.

On Ice

• Two ice sessions daily

• Focus on power skating, stickhandling, puck control, passing, shooting

• Board play, offensive concepts, defensive concepts, and game application

 

Off Ice

Conditioning

• Age appropriate strength training, speed and agility work, and circuit training

• Field Activities

• Soccer, baseball, team building games, and fun competitive challenges

• Coaches Chalk Talks

• Guest speakers covering equipment care, nutrition, fitness, team play, and healthy decision making
