The Champions Junior Mentorship Program is designed to connect the next generation of players with athletes who have already walked the path.

Each of our Junior Mentors has come through Champions Hockey programming and remains involved as both an athlete and junior instructor. This Spring, they will be embedded with our teams in Fredericton and Miramichi, joining practices and games while working directly with players on the ice.

For younger athletes, it’s an opportunity to learn from players they look up to, ask questions, and see what development can look like over time. For our Junior Mentors, it’s a chance to give back, build leadership skills, and gain real coaching experience as they continue to grow within the game.

The goal is simple: create connections, support development, and help shape the next group of players and future coaches within our program.
