The Prospect Series Frost provides female athletes with an opportunity to develop their skills in a positive, supportive, and competitive environment designed specifically for girls in the game. This program focuses on building confidence, strengthening fundamental skills, and fostering a love for hockey through fun, teamwork, and high quality instruction.

Led by qualified coaches committed to female player development, the Frost program offers a balanced combination of skill focused practices and competitive games. Athletes learn alongside motivated teammates from different communities and associations, gaining valuable experience while forming connections and friendships within a strong team culture.

The 2025 Prospect Series Frost will feature regional teams across Atlantic Canada, giving female players greater access to development and competition while continuing to grow the female game in our region.
