The Summer Advanced Performance Academy is the most complete high performance development program in the region, designed for athletes committed to pushing their limits and training at an elite standard. This program combines advanced on ice skill development, cutting edge off ice performance training, and detailed video analysis to support total athlete development. Built for serious competitors looking to separate themselves and prepare for the highest levels of hockey.

This year, Champions Hockey is proud to partner with Synergy Health and Sports Performance to deliver an exceptional training experience. This collaboration provides access to world class strength and conditioning designed specifically for hockey players, modern athletic development systems, and individualized training programs that target speed, power, mobility, and recovery. Every athlete receives personalized attention and performance guidance that leads to measurable growth.

Program Components

On Ice Development: 12 skill intensive sessions focused on advanced execution, pace, and hockey IQ
Synergy Off Ice Training: Unlimited facility access for additional training days and two structured group training sessions per week including strength, recovery, and flexibility
Video Analysis: Detailed study of decision making, situational play, and performance habits
Apparel: Exclusive Champions Hockey athlete gear package

Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays
Times: Drop off 7:45 AM, pick up 11:15 AM
Cost: $799 + HST
