DOMINATE THE DOT

Hockey games are often decided in small moments, and some of the biggest happen in the face-off circle.

​

Champions Hockey is introducing DOMINATE THE DOT, a high-impact Face-Off Clinic designed for players who want a real competitive edge.

​

Most players are never properly taught how to take a face-off. This clinic is designed to change that.

​

Whether it is winning possession in the offensive zone, escaping pressure in the defensive zone, or creating instant offense off the draw, face-offs are one of the most overlooked skills in hockey.

Why This Clinic Is Different

This program goes beyond simply trying to win the puck drop.

Players will learn how to:

• Gain possession cleanly and with purpose

• Use technique instead of strength alone

• Read opponents before the puck is dropped

• Turn face-offs into offensive opportunities

 

What Players Will Learn

Our on-ice sessions will cover:

• Proper stance, hand placement, timing, and leverage

• Multiple types of draws for different situations

• Offensive zone face-off tactics

• Defensive zone face-off tactics

• Competing under pressure in game-like scenarios

 

Why It Matters

Very few players train face-offs consistently, especially at younger ages.

Players who develop this skill early can gain:
