Champions Hockey is proud to offer players the opportunity to compete in the Sunshine Cup, a premier spring tournament hosted in Florida that attracts top teams from across North America. This elite event provides high level competition, strong exposure, and an unforgettable experience in a world-class environment.

The group will be led by Gabe Guertler, Head of Player Development at Champions Hockey, and Florida native. Gabe was drafted second overall by the Fargo Force (USHL), where he spent two seasons playing at one of the highest levels of junior hockey. He then went on to attend the University of Minnesota before continuing his development in the Ontario Hockey League with the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds, then playing three seasons at the University of Prince Edward Island, followed by four years of professional hockey. Along with Gabe, several of his former elite teammates will be joining the coaching staff.
