Champions Hockey is excited to once again offer 3 Power skating sessions over the fall. These sessions will focus on Acceleration, Explosiveness, Mobility, Change of Direction, Edge Work and Balance.

 

Sessions will be lead by either Champions Co-Owners Dax Maclean, Stacy Smallman or Champions Program Coordinator/U17 Eagles Associate Coach Matt Wright.  Sessions will take place Sunday evenings at the Grant Harvey.
