Champions Hockey is excited to offer 3 Power skating sessions for U9 Development. These sessions will focus on Acceleration, Explosiveness, Mobility, Change of Direction, Edge Work and Balance.

 

Sessions will be lead by either Champions Co-Owners Dax Maclean, Stacy Smallman or Champions Program Coordinator Matt Wright.  Sessions will take place Thursday evenings at the Grant Harvey.
