Champions Hockey is excited to announce an agreement to assume operation of hockey-related activities formerly under the Riverview Honda Prospects umbrella in Atlantic Canada, for female and male players and teams.
As part of this agreement, Champions Hockey now owns and operates in Atlantic Canada the Montreal Meltdown (female & male), Sunshine Cup (female & male), and Battle of the Globe (male). Teams and players interested in these events can connect with Champions Hockey for registration and details.

This transition creates a unified pathway for tournament entries and player placement, expands access to development, and provides a single point of contact for families and coaches, streamlining participation across the region for female and male athletes. High-quality development in Northern NB will also be led by Matt Wright and Champions Hockey.
Riverview Honda Prospects brings a respected history, trusted events, and deep relationships across our region. We are proud to continue alongside the Riverview Honda Prospects brand as partners, combining their reputation with Champions’ day-to-day programming to build an even better experience for athletes and families.
Our sincere thanks to the Riverview Honda Prospects group for the outstanding working relationship and the trust placed in us.
We are excited to move forward together and open new opportunities for female and male players and teams across Atlantic Canada, working closely with established partners throughout the region.
